Arts Alliance Art Parties/Birthday Parties/Workshops

Gather your friends to do a fun art activity! Art parties can be held at our place or yours, at a date and time of your choice.  Add your own drinks and snacks, and end up with great memories, and works of art!  Choose from the following activities, for adults, kids, or families.

Offerings include clay, sculpture, drawing, painting, glass, jewelry and more.  Refer to our current schedule – many of our regular offerings can be converted into a workshop.  Appropriate for all ages, the workshops are ideal for birthday parties, teacher in-service days, or personal enrichment.

Booking – Workshops can be booked on a one-time basis or as a series.  Workshops are contingent upon instructor and room availability, and upon receipt of payment.  A minimum lead time of two weeks is needed before the desired workshop.  The Arts Alliance accepts cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard. 

Clay – For clay classes, students may take home all their work the day of the party (unfired), or have up to two pieces per student bisque fired (no glaze) for a total group fee of $20.  Students need to be at least 8 years old to have works fired (otherwise works are highly susceptible to exploding).

Birthday Parties – Additional time may be booked for parent-supervised parties, to allow for non-art activities, cake and fun.  The party group is responsible for clean up and needs to be out by the end of the scheduled time.  Additional fees and deposit may apply; see below for details.

Food – Food and drink is welcome at the art center. There is a stove and oven in our small kitchen. You will need to bring pots and pans, plates, cups, silverware and napkins. There is no microwave.

Cost – We require a minimum of 5 people (or the base fee).  For parties involving food and drink, a $50 refundable deposit is required.  For extended use of the facility (for cake, storytelling or other activities), facility rental is $15/hour. You may bisque fire clay works from your classes for an additional $20.

Ages 18 & under:  $100 for 5 people, supplies included. $10 for each additional student. 

Parties of 10 youth or more: $200, supplies included. Maximum capacity is 30 students.

Adults:  $175 for 5 people, supplies included. $20 for each additional student.

PARTIES FOR YOUTH                   Each workshop is 2-3 hrs, your choice. Includes time for food & drink.

(Ages 5 & up. Parents must be there to help with youth ages 13 and under.)
